Collection: Titanium Exhaust Pie Cuts

Build custom exhaust bends with Grade 1 titanium pie cuts in 2.5-inch (63.5 mm) and 3-inch (76.2 mm) inside diameter (ID) sizes. Each kit has a 1.0 mm wall and is brushed and ultrasonically cleaned.

Choose a 45-degree kit with five 9-degree pieces or a 90-degree kit with six 15-degree pieces. Tight and loose radius options help you plan the bend shape for your layout.

Match the selected diameter to your straight titanium tubing. Compare preformed titanium elbows when a fixed bend suits the layout, and add flanges or V-band connections as needed. Check clearance and joint fit before welding. Get help choosing components.
