2. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing and using TitanFlow Racing products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the proper installation, use, and maintenance of the product. It is the customer’s duty to verify that the use of any TitanFlow Racing product complies with local laws, emissions regulations, and vehicle safety standards in their jurisdiction. TitanFlow Racing is not liable for any legal penalties, fines, or damages resulting from improper use or non-compliance with regulations.
3. Warranty Disclaimer
TitanFlow Racing products are sold as-is, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Due to the extreme conditions of racing and high-performance applications, TitanFlow Racing does not guarantee the longevity or durability of its products.
4. Limitation of Liability

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products we carry, all sales are consider final and we do charge restocking fees as stated in TitanFlow Racing’s return policy. Customers should inspect all products upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of any defects or discrepancies.

TitanFlow Racing strongly recommends that all products be installed by a professional with experience in high-performance vehicle modifications. Improper installation may result in performance issues, mechanical failures, or voiding of any applicable warranty.
