We try our best to offer same-day shipping on orders placed by 9:00 am PST for in-stock products, lead time may apply on sold-out products.
You may return most new, unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. We do need to charge 15% of the price of the returing products as the restocking fee for your return. if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), We'll waive the restocking fee and also pay the return shipping costs for your convenience.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Our Titanium Flex Bellows are designed to reduce the risk of cracking in turbo manifolds, dump tubes, downpipes, and various automotive and industrial setups. Featuring a slip-fit design, these bellows allow matching tube materials to fit seamlessly inside, ensuring easy installation. Unlike single-layer options, our bellows include a flow-aid inner liner to promote smoother exhaust flow, enhancing overall performance.
Note: These Flex Bellows have an overall length of 3.75", and they are ideal for applications involving elongation and compression but are not intended for setups requiring significant axial flexibility.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

TitanFlow Racing shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation or use of its products. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle damage, personal injury, property damage, or legal consequences resulting from improper use.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products we carry, all sales are consider final and we do charge restocking fees as stated in TitanFlow Racing’s return policy. Customers should inspect all products upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of any defects or discrepancies.

TitanFlow Racing strongly recommends that all products be installed by a professional with experience in high-performance vehicle modifications. Improper installation may result in performance issues, mechanical failures, or voiding of any applicable warranty.

TitanFlow Racing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
