Grade 1 titanium exhaust tubing for longer straight sections in custom builds. Each tube is 1200 mm long with a 1.0 mm wall; 1200 mm is approximately 4 ft. Choose 2, 2.5 or 3-inch inside diameter below.
Size & fitment
Sizes are specified by inside diameter (ID). Inch-to-millimeter values use 1 inch = 25.4 mm. Choose the same nominal inch size across TitanFlow tubing, pie cuts, bends, slip joints and matching flanges.

Our Titanium Tubing is crafted from Grade 1 Titanium, offering excellent strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and weldability—perfect for high-performance titanium exhaust systems, intake systems, and many other custom fabrications.
Each tube is CNC seam-welded to ensure a precise and consistent 1mm wall thickness throughout. For quality assurance, tubing is cut to predetermined lengths for convenient shipping, ultrasonically cleaned, and individually wrapped and packaged to arrive free of dents or contaminants—ready to use right out of the box.
Build your titanium exhaust
Pair straight tubing with titanium exhaust pie cuts or titanium bends and elbows. For a removable connection, compare our V-band assembly with titanium flanges and a stainless clamp. Confirm diameter and joint geometry before ordering.

Box came a bit crumpled from shippin, but teh tube inside was completely fine. Needed a quik wipe down before welding.
